What do they do in class?

At Palmer, French classes are offered from grade 8 to 12. In grade 8, students take French 8 to learn basic communication through role-plays, skits, surveys, and conversations. In Grade 9, French 9 builds on this by adding more vocabulary and grammar through speaking and writing about everyday situations. In Grade 10 to 12 French studies become more advanced. Students practice reading, writing, listening, speaking, learning about French culture and verb tenses in the past, present, and future. To sum up, this course helps students prepare for university language requirements and use French confidently in real-life situations.
